Nick is a natural educator, driven to demystify the creative process. In his classes and workshops, he uses painting and drawing as tools to sharpen perception and deepen connection with the world around us.

He’s constantly developing new programs to share insights from his own creative practice. In March 2022, Nick was invited to speak at TEDxGeorgetown. His talk, Paint and Prejudice, explores how a landscape painter’s approach to mixing color can help us move beyond snap judgments and become more aware of our own prejudice.
