Drawing in Action Workshop:
Volumes and Sculpture
In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll work from bas-relief sculpture to explore drawing’s relationship with sculpture. We’ll use shadow and the surface of the paper to carve out form and build volume.

Do I need special supplies?
Demonstrations will be done with graphite sticks, which are highly recommended for this event. However, whatever you normally use for drawing will be fine.
